Why am i like this.........?

Im 15 and whenever i go to sleep i have to block my heating ducked because im afraid of having a gas leek and dieing in my sleep, when ever i leave my house i have to unplug my lamps and computer cords because im afraid it's going to start a fire and when ever im riding in the car and we take a sharp turn i get really nervous, why am i like this? How can i stop?
