What is the best waterproof winter work glove?

I work at a tree farm every holiday season and need a glove that will stay warm and waterproof for over nine hours. Right now I am looking at the ProFlex 818WP or Carhartt A228. The Youngstown doesn't have great review for being waterproof too long. I need to be able to keep a good grip while carrying and shaking trees. Please help me if you have any experience with these. Thank you.
