Help!!!!!! What would you do in this situation??

Offer to take the puppy. If the pup isn't being properly cared for, her will surely die. You could make an anonymous call to animal control as well regarding the little pup. If he doesn't take care of the pup, mom doesn't, and he doesn't give the puppy to you so you can care for him, then animal services needs to be called, otherwise the poor doll will be knocking on deaths door.
