My pet duck is severely injured?

It is a domestic, female duck that is kept in the same pen as eight other chicken hens. When i checked on them, I found that under both of the duck's wings, there was a bunch of raw, bloody skin. The duck also seems to have difficulty walking as well. I was wondering what to do with it? Put it down or try to nurse it back to health, and how? Please help ASAP.
