What do you think of a 21 year old guy wearing boxers with teddy bears and ducks on it?

I was at the grocery store and this guy that looked 21 was low-riding his jeans (wearing it baggy) and he was standing in front of me in the check-out line and his pants fell and he was wearing teddy bear with duck patterned boxers. I couldn't stop laughing, and no I didn't purposely look there, it was an accident.
