Where can I find Tall sized clothes with 38" inseams?

My bf is 7ft tall and like most men he still needs help dressing himself. Where can I find clothes for him? Right now he buys ALL his clothes from Carhartt and Levi's has such a limited selection. I'm especially looking for pants/jeans and Limited&Co (Express, Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy) only go up to 36"inseams. Even designer brands I've researched don't go that high. HELP!!!
