How can I get a sweat smell out of my Carhartt Jacket? I've washed it with tide 3-4x. didnt work. please help!?

After working out or playing basketball (getting sweaty) in the winter I would just put my jacket on and leave. I've stopped doing this!!!! But now I got this stink that gets on my clothes when I wear it. I know... I know.. GROSS! But I'm a pretty clean guy! thats why I'm asking for help. I LOVE this jacket! Please help! thanks!
