i got a synthetic high vis carhartt jacket an i wana waterproof it an keep it semi clean ,i had one before that got washed too many times an wasnt waterproof anymore ..any suggestions helps thank you

What is the best waterproof winter work glove?
I work at a tree farm every holiday season and need a glove that will stay warm and waterproof for over nine hours. Right now I am looking at the ProFlex 818WP or Carhartt A228. The Youngstown doesn't have great review for being waterproof too long. I need to be able to keep a good grip while carrying and shaking trees. Please help me if you have any experience with these. I work and a semi-formal job where my clothes range from business casual to shirt and tie. I need a winter jacket because my current one is a walmart ski jacket that looks dumb and unprofessional. Under Armour or Carhartts?
I do construction so I am outside all day at work. I work on the water so I'm trying to be prepared for this winter. I am kinda tight on money and want to know what is better for cold weather. I have two options, go with the Carhartt overalls or use the under armour cold gear series (Leggings and shirt). If I went with under armour I could wear thermals and multiple layers over it buy I'm not sure if that would be warmer that Carhartts. I have tried neither but both cost about $100.

I go through a door which leads to an alternate dimension. Then there is a maze that always changes. In the maze there are all of these different doors to rooms. The rooms have different wierd or deformed people, beasts, and beings. I remember that I had to solve or figure out the meaning of the room in order to pass back out of the door. In one room it was a field with holes dug in it and I remember a hyenia type creature carrying duck feet into a hole and when it noticed me I started running and fell into a hole that ended up being another room. I cant remember the puzzle for that room but I remember running through the maze to get to the door back to this dimension and being chased by something; I remember I made it to the door just in time. The last room I entered is the one I remember the most: I was led to the room by a mysterious woman and once inside she became a disabled woman and just kind of melted into a wheel chair and began painting these beautiful pictures and I had to interpret her pictures in order to leave the room. I remember that I couldn't figure it out and was very panicked---then I woke up so I guess I'm still there.

If I click “grow duckling,” the types of ducks and the seven friends who helped do not show up. Instead, just a few white squares. I layed out all my clothes for deer season this evening.Its only a month and a half away.I layed out a pair of blue jeans,t-shirt,clean underwear.Aint sure why I wear clean underwear to hunt,I figure if I get shot while hunting I'll probably $hit myself anyhow.Long sleeve shirt,blaze orange Carhartt hooded jacket,garter belt,wool socks,and a blaze orange hat.Thinkin about getting a blaze orange ghillie suit for hunting this year.I laid a Ruger 77 in 25-06 beside the clothes,might use it for hunting this year.Got my wife to go ahead and cook me some eggs and bacon ,I'll go ahead and put them in my jacket pocket tonight so I wont forget it opening day.Just feels like Im forgettin somethin,yall think of anything else?

My dog is in her phantom pregnancy, she has had them before but she is acting loads different! She is very low and seems depressed, she is not very alert and refuses to go outside unless for a walk, even then she doesn't run around as much, and she is a spaniel who is 4 years old. Not knowing the composition of the plumbing adhesive limits the suggestions that can be made. However, Goo Gone can be washed out with good old fashioned laundry detergent and spot treatment, especially with Krud Kutter. Make sure you air dry the coat to make sure the Goo Gone has washed out.
My backyard is like a farm, and I want llamas, but?
I already have free-roaming ducks, turtles, silkies(chickens), and some horses(in a yard due to size) but will 2-3 llamas wondering around my backyard hurt my existing animals? I read on wikipedia that they can be easily trained to protect some animals, I will get to that just as I am about to get them, I want the llamas to be free-roaming, I have a well fenced yard.

What are some tricks on breaking in a new carhartt coat?
If it is quilted or lined you can wash it a few times to soften up the material. You can also rub it with a hard plastic brush. If it is unlined, throw it under your car tires and drive over it a few times on a gravel road or driveway. (Seriously.)Then wash it. I used a wire brush to soften up the knees on a set of double-front Carhartt bibs.

I like the J97 for the styling but it would show dirt less in the brown color and the collar would still be a nice contrast. If you need the jacket for really cold weather, though, then I'd get the C61 in camel since it has the sherpa lining and the easy front pockets for your hands. Both are nice!! ; )

I had a really weird dream, could someone explain interpret it for me?
I was at my house, having a birthday party, and my immediate family and some friends were there; my two brothers who I rarely talk to anymore because they're my half brothers(i don't care, half or not they're still my blood brothers.) but they live in New Jersey, and I live in PA, so we rarely talk. My mother, and my boyfriend, Joe and my boyfriend's brother Josh(becoming like my older brother after a year and a half). So, we were all standing in the kitchen talking about something, then everyone migrated into the living room, but i don't remember walking there, i was just there, and it was my two blood brothers, and some people i didn't really acknowledge who they were. My house was weird, in real life they are painted whats called a "coffee" color, and white, and in my dream the walls were blue and orange, but i know it was my house. I kept walking back and forth from the computer room to the living room, trying to get Josh from the computer room to the living room to hang out with all of us. My house started to get bigger, and weirder, and I realized Joey was nowhere around, so I went to look for him, I looked in my room and he wasn't there, there was no one in the bathroom, he wasn't with Josh, and he wasn't with the family in the living room, so lastly, I checked my moms room, low and behold I look in and my mom has her face stuffed into a pillow, covering her eyes while Joe was changing, he was stock naked facing a window with no shades or curtains, and it is pitch black outside. My mom and him were talking about something, and I know it was like serious, and Joey sounded really bothered, but I don't know what they were talking about.. (I HATE THAT) So, I said "Joey, babe?". Nothing. "Joey, are you okay?" Nothing. "Mom, is he okay??? Why is he changing in here??" Nothing. Its like all my immediate family was ignoring me, so I went to the bathroom in my moms room, but someone was in it, so I waited a few seconds, and my moms old friend Tracy from NJ was there, and I said "Long time no see" and she said something that I don't remember. After that, I came out of the bathroom and my mom and Tracy were gone, and Joey was sitting on the edge of my moms bed in front of the window in his underwear staring into nothingness, into the window, when it was pitch black outside, and he looked so empty, and sad. I tried to talk to him, "Baby, are you okay? Whats bothering you?" It was like I wasn't even there. So I walked away, starting to get a bit worried, I went into the living room, and I saw my brother Jason, throw a piece of cake at my brother Jamie. (Jamie is the brother I am closer to), so they really started getting into it, and Jamie got up, and he seemed really mad, and I never seen him like that before, so I followed him into the bathroom, where he cleaned his face off, and he looked in the mirror and he had no reflection, so I got a little more scared, and went to see if Joey was still there in my moms room, and he wasn't, so I went to look for him with Josh, and neither Joe nor Josh were there. I went to see if they were in the living room, and passed by the bathroom, Jamie wasn't there anymore. I walked into the living room, and Josh was sitting in Jamie's spot. Joe and Jamie were gone. It was like Josh replaced Jamie. So, I was so confused, and so scared that I ran out of the house, and (I live in a suburban area) everything was like dirt roads, and rural (I would love to live someplace like that.) and I was trying to run down this dirt road (didn't know where I was running) and everything was so weird. I was looking for Joey. and I saw him walking a little bit ahead of me, dressed in his Carhartt and jeans, and t-shirt, and boots. I ran up to him to catch up with him, and I was walking beside him, just looking at him, and then suddenly we were in like his room, but it was weird, cause his bed and furniture was there, but everything was all discombobulated, and he was leaning against his dresser, and he says to me(yes he's talking to me now) "I'm still reflecting on my ex-gf. There's certain things that make me think about her." and then all of a sudden I was alone on this dirt road again, and we were texting each other, and I told him to talk to me in person, because I was scared and thought that we were going to break up, so I'm running, and I see him, and he waits for me, and theres this house on the left and Joey says "My foster parents live here, and my foster sister is like in love with me." and then it was like he didn't want to talk to me. And the dirt road started getting longer, and Joe and I were getting further apart, and Joe's and of the road was getting longer, and I looked back and my end of the road was getting shorted,and there was nothing but blackness, and the road just stopped and turned to and edge, of falling for eternity... I woke up crying, and I had to look around and see where I was and I had to text Joe to feel better, and then I had to take a shower to calm my nerves... wh

My pet duck is severely injured?
It is a domestic, female duck that is kept in the same pen as eight other chicken hens. When i checked on them, I found that under both of the duck's wings, there was a bunch of raw, bloody skin. Just wondering because I just found out the demographics on Churches in America. Apparently there are 335,000 that they know exist for sure. There able to be seen, touched, tasted (if you want to lick the paint on the building), heard, and you can even smell them. Any one of these Churches will tell you you have stepped into God's house. In fact every person that goes to any of these churches will tell you that your in God's house. And before you take another hit off your bong, don't tell me all those persons inside are walking around as though they are on happy gas or schizophrenic or fairy tale believers! I wonder if Zachary is violent in a way, because he should have hurt her, and since he threw the bottle of wine, but if he isn't really, then he should have slapped her, then left, or at least showed a little bit of anger (or even more) on Zoe. maybe holding her arm, and shaking her wildly while shouting at her. Maybe even add somebody downstairs complaining, and went up, and saw Zachary hurting Zoe, and he/she helps her, and in the end Zachary leaves.

Do the new controls on fight night champions please you, or do you prefer the analog ones like in round 4?
I played the demo at a friend's house, I think the graphics are 100% amazing, even without HDMI on, however, I've noticed, you can however still use the analog stick to punch, but the main controls for punching are based on the button pad, and also when you duck and dive, they is no raising and lowering your block to guard either your face or stomach, can you alter these, because I tried it on the demo, and I couldn't find only the analog controls, also some good opinions on the game's trailer and demo would be nice, thanks.

I guess it depends on what kind of work you do or how cold it gets. I prefer the first one in the mushroom color. It looks the best to me but it's a mid-weight jacket whereas the second one is a heavyweight for colder weather, so I guess it would depend on the kind of weather you have. If I got the second one, I think I'd get it in navy, though!! ; )

I recently bought a Carhartt jacket with a quilted-flannel lining. However while trying out different coats I noticed, of course, different linings such as Thermal, Blanket, Sherpa, Quilted Flannel, and Arctic Quilt Lining. I know that the Arctic one is supposed to be the warmest, but would anyone be able to assemble a hierarchy, if you will, of these linings; starting from the least warm to the warmest. Thanks!

Why isn't my duck laying eggs?
i have five ducks, and about a week ago i started getting one egg a day, but there wasn't one there today. also, why is only one laying? is it to early for the rest to start?
Should I be giving my 9 mo old vitamins?
My 9 mo old son took to solid food like a duck takes to water. Recently, he's been essentially weaning himself off of his formula. He prefers solid food, (and eats a lot of it), and will take the formula occasionally when he's tired. If you try to force it on him, he screams and cries. I read that he should be taking 28-32ounces a day still at his age. I'm lucky if he takes 20. He's not dropping any weight or losing vitality, but he's been sick this winter with 3 ear infections, one which perforated both his ears. The docs aren't concerned as it's been a bad winter. I know he needs his formula until he hits 12 mo, because of the vitamins, and I'm wondering if I can supplement with liquid vitamins since he is refusing to take the formula as much as he should. Also, would liquid vitamins possibly help boost his immune system?

Hockey looks very hard to play but why is it so boring to watch and not entertaining like the NBA?
On TV the boring-ness of hockey is because the scoring in hockey is so seldom and random. Hockey scoring is sort of like a random pin ball machine. Hockey is not a progressive fight territory like in football. In person,profession all hockey is better to watch than professional basketball. Baseball is boring but golf is the all time worst to watch. Archery and chess (both of which I do) are of course so boring that they are never televised.

Offer to take the puppy. If the pup isn't being properly cared for, her will surely die. You could make an anonymous call to animal control as well regarding the little pup. If he doesn't take care of the pup, mom doesn't, and he doesn't give the puppy to you so you can care for him, then animal services needs to be called, otherwise the poor doll will be knocking on deaths door.

Tips on Warm Winter Wear for Riding?
I'm at a new barn now, and I seem to get colder while riding. We ride outside quite a bit and the wind really hurts. I'm fine until we have to walk and cool down. Do you guys have any tips on what to wear to stay warm? I currently have long johns, jeans, t-shirt, hoodie, heavy winter coat, and two pairs of socks on. How to break in a Carhartt Coat?
I got a Carhartt jacket a while back. I hate wearing it because its so stiff. Washed it without drying it like 8 times. There's gotta be a way to make it softer, not like its made of cardboard. What should I wear to stay warm at 40 or 50 below?
when i go hunting up north i find the warmest clothes i wear are wool. i buy a lot of my stuff from the natives up there. it is always extremely warm and cheap. but the most important thing is to layer up as much as possible. and get a really really really really really warm hat. and then put a hood onto of that hat.

Why do I keep hallucinating!?
Before you say anything, I'm not on drugs. It started last Wednesday when I was walking home from school, I ducked because I thought I was about to walk into a sign but I looked back and there was nothing there. The other day i kept getting scared for no reason and kept seeing things that were not there. It's still happening a few minuted ago I thought my cat walked over to me but he wasn't there, that's what made me think about putting this question on here.
